The whole facade was entirely repainted with historical colors in the Summer of 2016​.
Aside from paint and maintenance, the facade is historic in that it has not been modified from its original design.

The garden has been carefully curated and maintained over the past 10 years to bring it to its present state of beauty and serenity.
It boasts a 10,000 gallon pool, a patio, and a side deck for relaxing and enjoying all of the seasons. The garden contains plants that bloom throughout the spring, summer and fall. They include serviceberry, three kinds of azalea, iris, rhododendron, three kinds of hostas, three varieties of hellebore, climbing hydrangea, ferns, burning bush, bleeding hearts, and many more.
The garden is enclosed by Hemlock, Japanese maple, dogwood and royal Empress trees that maintain privacy.

The parking lot holds up to 5 cars and also has planters.
